Question: How can I interest customers in buying books that are valuable (in my opinion) but tend to just sit on the shelf?

Answer: This seems to be the lament of many book buyers! I’ve heard more than one tell me customers tend to buy the same books over and over (hence the term “bestseller”) and often miss some of what the buyer considers the best gems. There are a few ways to counter this trend and quietly suggest other choices to customers.
